This entire photo was created, thought-up, setup, positioned and planned by my daughter Angel. While I was working, she was playing with my little sack boys and was taking photos of them with the iPad (Top left photo on the behind the scenes). Then SHE said to me, "Can I take this picture downstairs so I can have a solid background?". Keep in mind she is 6, almost 7 years old. Then she asked "can we use your camera or should I use the iPad". I told her we could use my camera and I told her to go downstairs and get everything set up then call me when she was ready. When I got down there, everything was positioned on the white floor ready to go. She even noticed the two white panels on the floor were separated and asked if we could push the panels together so the wood floor underneath would be covered. Then I asked her if she wanted a reflection on glass, she said yeah, so she picked out the white glass to use. She took the first picture and it was dark.. so I explained how we needed to add lights to the background. I used two Alienbees B800 on the left and the right to light up the background. We took another picture, and the background was white, but the sackboys were dark. I explained how we needed to add one more light above them to light them up, so we used an Alienbees B800 with a white 22" beautydish above the sackboys. I showed her how the red dot focus points on the camera needed to line up on the sackboys eye so it was in perfect focus. She got some great shots... in fact, I liked her setup so much, I took a couple myself for my 365! I was amazed how she thought up of the entire concept... and how she knew she wanted to make the picture better by using a solid background. She even noticed that the first mountain dew can didn't match the little mtn dew can, and asked if I had a regular mountain dew can so the two would match. She also noticed in the picture that the right sackboys feet weren't both touching the floor, so she adjusted it and retook the picture.
