I used a video light (LED) to help with directing the reflectors. The light is camera right, directly right of the subject facing the back wall. There is a mirror behind her so the light can bounce back and back light her. Then there are 2 reflectors to catch the light from the mirror to light her face. The rest of the light that is missing the mirror is lighting up the background.
