Child on bed with white sheet. Green screen background, but I ended up just de-saturating the green to black and white, then overlay a cloud image.

300w light on back high left facing child, with white 43" shoot through umbrella, set to full power.
300w light on camera left, at child's level, white 30" shoot through umbrella.
Taken with a 5D Mark II and 24-105mm lens. Triggered with RadioPopper JrX.
